World card is a wonderful tool. It saved me time and lots of needless efforts to find name cards in a stack. Bravo!

The card/text recognition has been getting better with each new release. I meet new people every day. This app. has made my contact management easier.

So yes you do need to make a few corrections here and there and it could be even faster and more accurate. But it is no doubt the best I have tried and really impressive overall

Very efficient and accuracy is quite amazing even on complex business cards. I know it will be hard but add Mandarin Chinese in the recognised languages and it will be a permanent 5 star!

Very efficient in most cases! And transfer to iPhone contacts is easy. One suggestion: simplify the way to classify cards (business/prospects, customers, restaurant, providers,...). May be it is possible but for the moment I couldnt figure it out! Five stars with it, of course!

This is the ONLY card scanner that really works (and I tried them all!). The sheer simplicity of the user interface and the easy workflow go in accordance with Apple’s motto “I just works”. Look no further if you want to solve a problem instead of getting a new one.

Some bad moments

Was a good app but too many bugs with IOS7 not usable any more until the next update .........

Keeps crashing on me during card entry all the time in the latest iOS. Used to be good, please fix.

The OCR (recognition) on this app is poor to middling at best, even with flash, might as well enter the information manually.

These /$:$;@/-" updated a version which deleted all yes all as in every single card. I had an old backup on Dropbox. As if not enough garbage, in a bonehead move they removed Dropbox from a sync option. No help at all from that useless company other than "thank you again for your support and understanding" what load of /$:@;"/"; stay away use anything else

This app used to be 5 out of 5, but after I updated to IOS 8 the app no longer functions properly. It freezes in Edit mode now after using the camera to take a picture of the business card. I assume it’s because their are some bugs to iron out so it works properly with IOS 8. Hopefully Penpower fixes it quickly.

You need a gmail acct and world card software to sync contacts over other platforms. Not sure why it doesnt just link up with iPhone contacts.
