This app used to be 5 out of 5, but after I updated to IOS 8 the app no longer functions properly. It freezes in Edit mode now after using the camera to take a picture of the business card. I assume it’s because their are some bugs to iron out so it works properly with IOS 8. Hopefully Penpower fixes it quickly.

You need a gmail acct and world card software to sync contacts over other platforms. Not sure why it doesnt just link up with iPhone contacts.

Can not edit phone#s, if misread; would be nice to have indication on record -that an image of the back of the card exists. Would be even nicer if record could show information from both front AND back of card. Overall very useful and easy to use

I think it is very useful ! Like having a secretary in your pocket ! I definitely recommend it .

After updating 25th June version I m not able open the software it says storage is not sufficient even though I have 8GB space in my iPhone 5

Generally good application but I can not understand while its earlier versions were supporting Turkish recognition (like in HTC HD2) why the recent iPhone version is not supporting? Because of that I had to buy Scan BizCards also, which supports Turkish for long time.. Waiting Turkish recognition for the next update.. Regards,

It is impossible to connect to Dropbox. It gives always error.

- after clicking on the card image, app freezes up - cardholder feature was removed. It was nice to be able to swipe through the card images

It would be difficult to express how dissatisfied I am with the update. The earlier version was intuitive and straight forward. I care nothing about your "dashboard " features and have no desire to learn them. Why do I want to open this and then go back to the app and get the info smh. It used to be u copied the signature line opened this app copied in the info and bam you were finished. A perfect example of tinkering with a great product and killing it.

Another business card / contact app with useless features that doesnt do the basics welll or has the functionality that busy professionals with lots of contacts need. First, Apples contact management system is weak and shouldnt be dependent on by anyone who values their contacts and uses them professionally. A good basic contact management system has a desktop or well-working web services that syncs with the IOS app and from which one can control what goes into Apples contact system via sync or vCard exports that maintains the grouping. Groupings and easy correction of OCR misreads are a must. Its that simple. This program does none of this. Dont bother! And dont make the mistake of buying their Mac program - totally inadequate, buggy, doesnt work.

This app is incredibly useful, helps me so much staying organized and as a result being much less stressed. I highly recommend giving it a try, i guaranteed itll become your #1 choice.

I like the concept, very good qualitative card reader and file system app! Intuitive, accurate and fast works app, easily reads and translates information on a business card, uploading it to your phone and offers a back up option. Like option “Signature” which pastes copied text, and fills him line the categories, very nice. Works good and easy to use!

I purchased device to scan cards penpower business card scanner for mac/pc. Some of my cards I cant feed through this device ( wrinkled, oversized). I purchased this app to feed those cards. But this app doesnt allow me to populate my existing data from imac to iphone. I know it could in previous versions but in new updated version I cant access data from Dropbox .whats going on.

I purchased this app because I am running an international consultancy, and the advertised multi-language recognition features sounded perfect for me. But the reality is that this app is garbage. Almost every feature is riddled with bugs. I try to take a photo of a card using the app (probably the most central feature of any card scanning app), and it crashes. I take a photo of a card outside the app and import it, and it doesnt recognize even the most basic data. I try to delete a contact, and the app crashes. After 20 minutes of trying to simply get the most basic features to work at the most simple level, I finally just gave up. Frankly, if I were a developer for this company, I would be embarrassed. And if I were a project manager for this app, I would be looking for a new less mentally challenging line of work.

I loved this app...but... The app has great features. Its quick and easy to find the contacts I want. Its easy to import new contacts from business cards and is fairly accurate (requires very minimal manual corrections). I like being able to see the photo of the business card; it makes it easier to jog my memory as to who the person is. My biggest gripe is that every time there has been an update, I completely lose all my business cards. Fortunately, I selected the option to merge all business cards with my iPhone contacts, so I can access them from the phones contacts list. However, when I go into the world and app, all the contacts are gone. Every time I have had to rescan all my business cards. Then it adds a duplicate contact with my phones contact list and I have to go back and merge them together...one by one...long and tedious.
